The perfect Rx

This book offers up the perfect prescription for whatever ails you. Small doses of wisdom, support and hope to take as needed.

It’s an easy to read book. It has many good ideas for how to think and act when dealing with i.e. anxiety or depression but somehow in a poetic, existentialist, overthinker kind of way? I love that.
I love Matt Haig’s writing. As it happened to me after reading Midnight Library, I want to print all the quotes from this book and put it as wallpaper in my house to always remember them.

I downloaded this from a library app and listened to it on a walk as a audio book. Self help book of thoughts. Wasnѓ??t a must do this do that, however, some suggestions of self help strategies.

For some people, this book will be exactly what they need and will bring great comfort at a difficult time. It was not that book for me.
