Gorgeously bound and presented with sumptuous photography, this lovely cookbook presents a simplistic, European approach to modern cuisine. Recipes are accessible and varied, although the layout of the recipes can be slightly difficult to follow when standing over a hot stove. The finished products are worth the additional effort.
