I'm still confused from this one. Wasn't really wrapped and I had trouble following along at parts.

Not once while reading this book could I predict how it would end.

It's sheer mind blowing and I love it!

Did not grasp my attention at all. I was bored with this book, waiting for something exciting to happen. So I gave it a chance and kept reading. Disappointed

I like a good family drama, but this one missed the mark. Maybe it was the writing (I often found myself needing to re-read paragraphs, not because they were complex concepts, but the wording often felt awkward), maybe it was the too unlikely (to me) situation of a squatter in a home in an upscale neighborhood, maybe it was just the wrong book for the wrong time for me as the reader. I probably won't think about this one again, and will just move on to something else.

A very disappointing 3 star read. With the success of novels like "The Wives" and "Bad Mommy", I had really high hopes for this one, but the slow pacing and lackluster "twist" was not up to the standard I've come to expect from Tarryn Fisher.

This book was bizarre - especially at the end. It was a little jumpy and I wish Sam was developed more as a character. I still don’t get how these people never realized someone was in their house?!?

I had a difficult time getting into this one in the beginning. Once I got about 15% in, I was hooked and wanted to know what happened next. I was a little bored with some of the backstory but the ending brought me to a redeeming 3 stars.
