Another great instalment of the Legend of Drizzt. Salvatore keeps up the quality writing and plight of Drizzt very well and, if you liked the first two, will not de disappointed in this one

A portion of the novel felt a bit like filler, and Mooshies passing came abruptly without ceremony. The time-jump that starts the final act and chronicles Drizzt's introduction to the mountain range known as The Spine of The World reinvigorates the novels momentum to a satisfying conclusion.
- I wonder if that's the last we'll ever hear of Dove Falconhand and McGristle?

Not as good as the other two.
The book starts of wonderful, as many others here have commented, but after drizzt meeting with Mooshie, the pace slows down and things become a bit dull. Even the groove fight, I found every confusing.
Overall, it has been an excellent trilogy.

Drizzt is chased relentlessly, but in an increasingly boring way.

Sojourn was my favorite of the Drizzt books so far. There's a dragon, finally some solid D&D action! I also enjoyed his friendship with Mooshie. It feels like Drizzt's story is finally popping off! I will be reading the Icewind Dale trilogy next.

This is the most interesting of the first three books. However, that's not saying much. I will not be continuing the series.
