I enjoyed this book more than the second one. The girls are terrible to each other with an exception for Gigi. It didn't have the murder mystery feel to it like the show which was a bit disappointing.
Shiny Broken Pieces 3.0
I was so disappointed to findCassie was awful(though not a surprise considering her role in the series) and really disliked Gigi and her decisions to get back at the other girls.
Despite everything I found the ending quite satisfying, June getting to dance far away from the school, Bette getting a company role and intial disappointment for Gigi followed by her dreams coming true.
Overall these were enjoyable to read but, I preferred the murder mystery take on the story taken by the Netflix show.
