The fourth book in the series takes in the perennially fascinating 'body farm' as a perfect place to dispose of murder victims. Stone & her team are touring the facility when a body is discovered close to the perimeter of the 'farm' and unlike the others, it's not supposed to be there. The body is that of a young woman whose face has been destroyed and mouth filled with dirt. A second victim soon after is found alive but it seems the killer has a list of victims and won't stop until they are all dead.
Another very good book in the series. The main set of characters are really working well together, even the frequently annoying Dawson, and although it was a little slow to start, once it got going the plot was well planned and paced. I did manage to guess the identity of the killer but there was an extra twist in there, just to keep things interesting.
