A great book on being offended and offending others and a Godly way to address both issues.

A timely read. If there is ever such a time in the Christian community to not be distracted by offense, surely it is now. There is far too much to be done than to wallow in hurt feelings.

Must read and life changing are not cliches in the case of this book. Down to earth common sense biblically based wisdom that if we followed would change the world and give us (individually and collectively ) real peace.

This book was a blessing to listen to.

I love how it’s not mere opinion, but it connects to the word on how to not take the bait of satan.
It even mentioned one of my favorite stories in the Bible, which honestly, I did not expect, but it was needed.

This book isn’t just for Christians, it’s for everyone! It’s shown me where unfortunately I have taken the bait of satan & has taught me how not to in future situations.

I desperately need a physical copy of this to highlight and write in. I cannot see myself reading this only once. This was a great learning tool, a great listen, and honestly something everyone should read.

A very well-written book full of wisdom. Highly recommended especially to those who want to grow a deeper and more mature faith. This is one of the books to read when you want to make peace with someone or when you've been holding on a grudge.
Coupled with stories and characters from the bible make this even more relatable and profound.

Recommended by friends in the faith, I think this is definitely worth reading. I'll likely need to read it multiple times to fully get it. Bevere is straightforward, but the topic is intense. Among other things, it made me realize that badge of You Can't Offend Me that I wear is just as bad as being perpetually offended. I spent a lot of time walking and listening to this and praying David's prayer: "Search my heart, O God...."

I read this book as part of a women’s Bible study. The Bible study was held in the back of a beauty shop. I sort of stumbled into because I arrived at my appointment a little early on their first gathering. Today we meet for our last discussion. This book was eye opening, and heart opening. It was by no mistake that I landed in that Bible study. God knew what He was doing.

I really loved how easy to read this was, and how eye opening. I didn’t give it a full 5 stars because it isn’t my absolute favourite by Bevere. But I really love it. Highly recommend.
