Fantastic tips and reminders as well as helpful insight into making intentions stick. I've been using Nir's suggestions for several weeks now during the COVID-19 crisis and have noticed a huge change in my concentration and productivity, as well as managing general anxiety. Highly recommended!

I wanna start by saying that, as a person that gets distracted by the passing of a fly, this book is constructed in a way that makes it very easy to come back to it once you've drifted off, and I want to praise the author and edtiting team for this.

That said, "keep busy, know why you're distracted, and avoid all avoidable distractions" summarizes pretty much the whole book, so it makes for a very obvious read once the idea gets across

The summaries at the end of each chapter are really helpful. I also like how Nir builds on the concepts and gives practical advice on how to apply the techniques.
