More like 4.5 stars. Decent psychological thriller and a fairly easy read. I enjoyed the mystery but some of the clues were a bit heavy handed, and I figured it out fairly quickly. I really liked the characters and setting—enough to make we want to continue with the rest of the series.

Liked it
I liked the character development at the beginning. Not so sure about the ending. It seemed rushed and short of tried to set up a reason to read the next book

Solid start to a series; good (realistic) forensic whodunit, took me till about halfway to figure it out but even then I liked the characters and the story itself. Interested to check out book two, see how things develop.

Brilliant! Gripped from start to finish. Will start the second in the series on my commute tomorrow.

Not terrible but not great. A bit predictable. May continue with the series at I did like some characters

There were some surprises and I like Reilly as a character. I will probably read the rest of the books in the series and I hope Reilly gets some romance with the cop soon :)
