Ich habe das Buch bis 65% gelesen, den Rest übersprungen und die letzten zwei Kapitel gelesen. Es hat spannend angefangen und ich habe mich direkt in den Schreibstil verliebt. Das ist einfach ein schöner, gemütlicher Schreibstil. Das war für mich auch am Besten am Buch. Ab der Hälfte fing es an, dass es mir inhaltlich nicht mehr so gefiel und es verlief auch komplett anders als gedacht. Es war einfach so eine negative Stimmung und das wurde immer schlimmer, und deshalb habe ich mich beschlossen den Rest zu überspringen und das Ende noch zu lesen. Das Ende fand ich schön und bin froh, dass noch gelesen zu haben.

This story is enjoyable and timeless. Anybody who is interested in the inner working of a dogs mind, stories of redemption, or just loves a compelling period drama will be delighted with this story.

Oh man. This book brings back memories. I remember buying this book at the school book fair. I saw a book with a picture of a dog on the cover, and ten year old(maybe twelve? It's been a while)that I was, that was all I needed to convince me. Since then I think I only reread it once(excluding this time) years ago, and yet as I was reading it this time there were certain specific phrases that I remember reading last time. Well done, London. Well done.

On a side note, I've decided that White Fang is a TOTAL tsundere.
