A book full of wisdom and guidance. A good one to have on your shelf and crack open every month or so.

Highly recommended. There is no shortage of hard times. Be grateful for those people who can reduce confusion and make the profound simple with a few gentle words.

“Learning not to panic” – this is the spiritual path.

- Pema Chödrön.

Pema Chodron has taught me a lot. This book contains so much insight but I like “Comfortable with Uncertainty” better.

"This is our choice in every moment. Do we relate to our circumstances with bitterness or with openness?"

This collection of essays is filled with deep heart-wisdom. It's a lot to soak in, so it was a very slow read for me. However, I really liked what I read. I want to believe I'll refer back to the ideas in it often, but I'm afraid I could start at the beginning again today, and feel like it is brand new again. So maybe it didn't sink in as deeply as I wish?

I think I’ll read this book a few times a year. Short chapters with great messages about how to untangle the messy mind and live in the moment, especially when times are tough.
