I'm going to be brutally honest, I almost dropped this book during the first story. I was ready to drop it and give the book a 1-star review (which I rarely do)
I honestly felt insulted by the first story as I felt that there was no regard for the reader. I felt the author simply wanted to do that gibberish story, for whatever reason and couldn't care less if it would please the reader or not, or maybe it just wasn't for me, maybe I don't have the vision or intellect to understand it. Regardless, it almost made me give up the book.
Fortunately, I pushed through and the next 3 follow stories completely turned everything around. All interesting stories with a good and original narrative and good art.
If you're planning to read this, skip the first story and read it last. I believe you will have a better experience like that.
