This was fun and I enjoyed it a lot, but Aisha really annoyed me. It felt like she was using Quentin and not really appreciating his friendship for the majority of the book, and this was never really addressed. Loved everyone else!!! Bonus points for the ravioli recipe at the end of the book, too.

Loved this YA! listened to it via Libby and truly wished it had the gluten free recipe ...buuut once again enjoyed this book. the diversity it has and background it gives with their holiday celebrations. The way it is relatable on family/school/social society stress as a teenager, especially a teen with immigrant parents.

I loved the characters and the writing. A great read. At times I was wanting things to happen a bit faster, plans were made that I then had to wait chapters for them to happen, though maybe that is just my impatience
