Honestly this story was fun! I felt like the MC spoke to me - especially with the never ending tasks of being a mother. You love someone so much and sometimes you feel like you lose yourself to your little people. I really enjoyed this one! #momlife

This book is pretty entertaining and it’s so real. This could be anyone’s relationship really, plus the storm which is not normal obviously. I related to the characters a lot. Ramona is like a lot of working mothers. The one that does it all because the dad is less organized and proactive. This leads her to feel unappreciated and resentful. I liked the story of the hurricane being weaved in and the characters Bailey, the NextDoor neighbor and Adeline, Ramona’s mom. Overall it was a good quick read. My one criticism is that I don’t really understand the Prince angle and I don’t think it added much to the book.

Meh - I definitely wasn’t the target audience for this book, but feel like parents may like it / relate more.

A hurricane is headed to south Florida and the main character just found out her spouse was cheating - the story is about losing yourself, the struggles of parenthood.

This was such a fun read - it was a great story of self-discovery and growth and I really liked it. Also had mild panic attacks remembering what it's like to try and figure out how to survive a hurricane.
