Use as wallpaper is a short story that could take 20-40 minutes to read. This is the first time I have read from this author so I was not sure what to expect. I enjoy authors who can go into detail and paint a picture of what’s going on. The book is filled with very beautiful scenery and culture. To be honest, I had no idea that a traditional polyphonic choir consisted of but i feel as if i have learned so much from reading the story. Stuart and Otar are very different culturally and in their personalities, which made their interactions meaningful. I enjoyed the MC’s and the side characters.
I really wish it was longer!

Glenn is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors. I loved Use as Wallpaper, just as much as I did his Moth and Moon books. My ONLY complaint was I wanted more! Short stories, what'cha gonna do?

Short, but amazing. I think I use “vivid” every time I try to describe Quigley’s writing. I can’t think of a better word for the way he wonderfully paints the world and characters he’s writing.
Entirely from Stuart’s perspective - traveling to Georgia (country) with a small camera crew to film a documentary about a choir from a small village. Stuart is trying to get over a breakup and finds renewal in an unlikely place with an unexpected partner. Lots of laughs, adorably sweet, and a little sexy. Perfect short story.

This is a sweet short story about a man named Stuart who is trying to get over a break up. It was relatable, and the author managed to get your attention into the story in a few short lines. The writing itself was wonderful. The setting and premise of the story all fit, overall wonderful short story!
I reviewed this as an ARC i recieved for free from the author but that doesn’t change my review at all!
