I really got into this book. It had it's funny light-hearted moments and some deep emotional moments. It also brings the heat! Caleb and Cassie have great chemistry between them that burns very hot. Caleb is just yummy. He's a hunky handy man I wish I could hire myself just for the eye candy. I was very pleased on how this one ended it made my heart feel good. I read this book right when I needed a good laugh and a feel good book combo. This is the first book by this author and it won't be my last.

Quick and fast

Another cute addition to this series. Very fast read. The book ends at 53% which really frustrates me. Curious to see what happens next in the series.

A sweet sexy humorous romance!

This book was plenty of fun and steamy, with undeniable chemistry between Cassie and Caleb, and yet a remarkably sweet tale. Both Cassie and Caleb have commitment issues, but they take their friendship forward to friends with benefits, whilst completing a renovation job... And somehow managed to not only fix up the house, but also their hearts and trust in love!

An enjoyable read, which will make you laugh and smile, as well as get you a little hot under the collar.

This was a light, fun read! The writing flowed well, and Caleb and Cassie were a good match. I thought that they had good chemistry together, and it's nice to see how everyone else in this "universe" is doing. Even though they both had baggage, Cassie seemed a little more stuck on hers. She was bad to jump to conclusions, because of the stuff her mom went through. I was glad to see them both work through their issues, and get their HEA. I'm guessing there will be at least one more in this series with Emily's book. I'll be looking forward to see her HEA as well.

This is a hot and funny enemies to friends to lovers story. (Though the enemies part was in previous books in the Irresistible Bachelors Books.) It is a stand alone but part of a series. It is centered around a different couple, but has many of the same characters from the other books. There is plenty of steam. Even though both the male and female lead want nothing to do with being in a committed relationship, they find themselves falling for each other. They have reasons for not wanting things to get serious, and it makes them both vulnerable and endearing. I especially liked the fact that the male lead (Caleb) isn't a jerk. He may have had casual sex often enough, he wasn't portrayed as a manwhore. He's very sweet in an unsuspecting way. (There's a scene near the end of the book that mentions a new tattoo he got... without spoiling it... it is swoon worthy!) :) And Cassie, the female lead, is a feisty strong woman. If you witnessed the banter between these two, you would know they'd end up together. Even though there are a few dark moments (when they discuss their past and why they avoid serious relationships,) it is a lighthearted read.

Because of the sexual content, this is meant for readers 18+.

Cute story.

This was a really fun read. Fell in love with Caleb and Cassie in Studmuffin, and so was really excited to read their own story, which was wonderful and funny and romantic and sexy. I received the ARC for an honest review.

Caleb and Cassie were so great together, from the way they tease each other to the way they make each other open their hearts. I loved their story and couldn't put the book down
