Loved this book. Entertaining and an easy read

I chose this for our bookclub. It is a fun and easy read.

Good but upsetting.

Just couldn't finish it, too crass and the younger sister just pissed me off a her lack of care for the older one. Feeling it was her entitlement to be irresponsible and then have ill will toward the older sister because she made actual sacrifices to make her life better.

So after the younger sister seduced (not even really because he was a willing slime ball) the older sister's boyfriend in a vindictive measure to get back at her for being fat, boring and successful...well, I just couldn't take it anymore. I put it down and will never pick it up again.

The first of the books she writes over and over again.

I read this book last fall, post seeing the film. It's a really good read - especially for anyone with a younger sister. It reminds me a lot of my relationship with my sister, which is perhaps why I binded to the concept so quickly

Just a quick fun read about sisters, one smart professional and perfect, the other beautiful, misguided and selfish. Made into a movie with Shirley McLaine and Cameron Diaz.

Little sister Maggie annoyed the hell out of me in this book, but I'm quite sure that was the point. It was touching and interesting enough to keep my fruit fly attention span.

It was nice to see a familiar character from Good in Bed.

It was good, though there was a lack of resolution that makes me not enjoy it as much as I could have.
