The info needs to be revised, a lot of materials and suggestions are outdated and ineffective.
Too many personal cool stories to my liking: ok, we get you have an extensive experience, but all this personalization, though on topic, is confusing. What makes an author sure that she can apply her individual experience to all the ESL classes?
Basically, it’s just “Look, I am a teacher, let me share my experience and give you the review of all the books I’ve read. Also there are some other teachers who share their stories. The nutshell: plan everything after you met your group, love”.
