This book was great! It was another one of my summer library reads, and it did not disappoint. I ventured out of my usual fantasy niche with Brave New Girl, and I really enjoyed it. The ending left me intrigued, and I am on the lookout for book two. 4 stars.

An interesting take on a dystopian trend. I liked the world created by Vincent, because it's almost the mirror image of society. Whereas it's normal for us to be individuals, int his world it's normal to be a multiple. It was a bit difficult to understand at first, but as more information gets added throughout the story, it begins to make more sense. I also enjoyed the twist at the end, when we began to understand why multiples even exist.
I would say a big detriment to this novel is the fact that it's on the shorter side. Normally, I'd be thrilled to have a shorter dystopian book, but in this case that hurt the story. It didn't have the room it needed to give us more background information sooner, for the story to expand (i.e., it escalated quite quickly), and the story got a bit confusing at times because of those things. I wished for more pages at the end of this because it seemed to have been cut off quite quickly. I also did not really feel attached to any of the characters, as I normally do in books 300 pages or longer. This also might have been because of length or a lack of character development. Excited to see what comes nest!

A thrilling young romance recommended for fans of the Divergent trilogy.

This was pretty good. It is an interesting premise and was executed well, but I didn’t like how abruptly it ended. It should have continued. Overall, it was pretty good
