That’s my favorite book from series
- I like the plot, it was intense, there was a lot of coincidence, and it was unexpected time move in the beginning
- god, this book is so spicy, I mean I need to stop sometime s and just breathe
- Sebastian is Spanish Alfa man, I love how he fight other his demons
- April is so strong, and I love hollow she fight her demons
- I didn’t like their misunderstanding for the whole book, I understand this, but sometime it was frustrating
- I love those peeks in previous couples live, so happy to read about them and also, Mileses in epilogue!!! I love them

Dnf at 48%, what a snooze fest. The only reason I have given this book ** is because there was nice chemistry between the mc's.

I've always thought that Sebastian Garcia is the kindest man among these three friends in the series. But behind that quiet persona is the asshole who has dark secrets. I can't help but get annoyed in the beginning of this book. The way he treated April Bennet during that revelation with his son was just horrendous. Fast forward to 6 years later, he was still the same man. Though it was revealed what triggered his demons, I still can't help but think why he didn't want to take care of himself by seeking medical help at first or at least confiding with his friends. I thought these best friends tell everything to each other.
April on the other hand is a smart, strong and stubborn woman. I discovered that she was the perfect woman for Sebastian. Apart from having something in common, she is also the key to freeing Sebastian from his demons.
As much as I want to give 4 stars to this series, there's so much going on in this book that it drove me exhausted. Seb and April have strong personalities like a ticking time bomb ready to explode. For a while, it was like a ping-pong of the same routines. Despite that, I like their chemistry and they're both hot when they're in their loving moments. This was still a good read. Their love for each other is intense and passionate and that's what I loved about this story despite all the drama that transpired around them.
The epilogue is well-written and satisfying for the finale of this series.

Enjoyed the first 50% of the book and then it took a turn for wtf am I reading?

The plot seemed all over the place. Like okay I get his ex wife is causing drama but it seemed to easily resolved. And just plain obvious.

His reasoning for why Sebastian Garcia is the way he is was so wtf. Too weird for my liking. I’m all for a dark past and dark love interest…but this was just too much for me. The way he enjoyed sex felt so…dirty and not in the way I like it.

The steamy scenes were awkward to read. Being called a whore isn’t my cup of tea and I wanted to throw my book a couple of times for everytime he licked her face.

Don’t even get me started on the grammatical errors. Did anybody proofread this book? I don’t think so.

The first half of the book and humor saved this book from being a one star rating for me. Having enjoyed the previous two books, I was completely disappointed by this one.

There were flaws in this book. A bit of (or a lot of) sexdrunk instalove. Immature fighting about random shit and both of them flying off the handle irrationally.

The similarity to Seb, Julian, and Spencer getting together for breakfasts with Patrick Bateman and his bro posse from American Psycho could not be ignored in this installment (even though Spencer and Julian are domesticated in this book).

Really the redeeming quality of this book is the spice. An upscale gentleman’s club? Check. A dude who’s dominant and has to pretend he’s with prostitutes to perform? Bring it. Dirty talk degradation and consistently being asked what form of payment he’ll be using? Winner winner chicken dinner (get that paper, April!).

April and Sebastian deserve each other. However, I now want a book telling Jeremy’s story because he’s the unsung hero of the book.

Top notch in writing style and amount/quality of steamy scenes but the book as a whole moved slow. I personally don’t like a story where the amount of hurdles one must face becomes ridiculous and this book began to pile on and on and on. Good overall and I would recommend it. Just know it has a lag.
