Another heartwarming and passionate addition to the Buttercup Hill series, Love You Too by Stacy Travis does not disappoint! This fourth instalment brings readers the second-chance love story of Beatrix and Ren, and it’s full of all the emotions fans crave. From the moment Trix almost runs over Ren’s dog—the man who broke her heart years ago when he left their small town to pursue his hockey dreams—you know you’re in for an emotional ride.
Ms. Travis expertly balances heat and sweetness as Trix and Ren navigate their unexpected reunion, only to discover after one passionate night that they’re going to become parents. Watching them work through past hurts, rekindle their undeniable chemistry, and find forgiveness is both satisfying and heart-melting. If you love a small-town romance with all the feels and a guaranteed happily-ever-after, this one’s for you!

Going into this book know it’s a ‘surprise’ baby trope
Second chance romance with a man who broke her heart once, this is a fast paced insta love where it skips time from the ✨deed✨ to 9 weeks pregnant in a blink.
It’s a cute small town read, I personally hated the MMC for just leaving and trying to justify things and how easily she accepted him back.

This series is so cute and exactly the type of book when I was a light and easy escapist read. I adore the vineyard setting and I’m always fascinated by the inner workings of such a huge operation. This has small town, accidental pregnancy, hockey and a second chance which was such a great combination. I really liked Trix but it took some time for me to warm up to Ren, he really did her dirty in the past but he won me over in the end. Such a fun addition to the series and the last chapter made me desperate for the next book!

I think this ended up being my favourite of all the Buttercup Hill stories. I struggle with slow burns so the first three were hard for me. I think having the backstory of Ren and Trix already having their college relationship to fall back into. For the most part they made a pretty cute couple and an even better pairing when they got out of their own damn way.
I enjoyed being given more of a glimpse into the family this time around. There were a lot of sweet moments between siblings and only has me more excited to read the next one!
The mystery of the wineries and their dad is killing me. It’s like a slow burn mystery and we only get more questions with each book. It’s certainly an excellent way to keep your readers hooked while also making us mildly crazy 😂
All in all this was an easy and enjoyable read. The series is fairly low angst and the family vibes and close-knit community makes for a fun fictional world to dive into!
