okay faerie story. Not a super deep plot and the relationships don’t develop well. Minimal world building and the characters are not very multidimensional, at least in this first book. I don’t think I’ll be reading the other books in the series

A fun and quick read! I had no idea what to expect having only seen the book suggested on tik tok, but I blew through this in 1/2 a day. I really enjoyed the blend of human and fae worlds. Although I felt the spice was a little dry and hurried I still give this 4 stars. There was one particular line in the final pages that had me tearing up. The end was a nice shocker and I look forward to book 2. Just a fun read.

A fun little read but nothing too gripping. I personally didn’t feel there was enough build up with Daniella and Kalylls relationship which made it hard to form a connection with that side of the story and the characters. Conflict always seemed to end very quickly and at the end it seemed odd that she had discovered everyone’s disdain for her yet they all seemed sad she was leaving and wanted to see her again even though there had been no resolution in between.
The ending saved this for me, i hadn’t intended to read any further into the series but after the ending it has spurred me on to read the second book.

What a fantastic ride, this story hooked me from the start, I loved the world-building, and the characters are well-developed. This is the spin-off of the Tracker Series, we now get Dani's story. As with most fantasy world books, the story starts slow to build everything up, then it picks up and you can't stop reading, I can't wait to find out more in the next book.

Loved this!! Ordered the other two in the series!!

I’m perplexed why anyone would think this is just like another Cruel Prince story…it’s not!! This has more of a Beauty and the Beast feel to it, with a cursed prince that turns into a beast every night. Yes, they’re fae, but other than them being fae and it having cruel and prince in the title, I don’t see it at all!!

I LOVED this story and its complex characters, who kidnap the human girl and never really tell her the whole story until she does her job. I loved the world and can’t wait for more of it in the next book!! The plot flows smoothly and with good pacing, so that there is never a dull moment!!!

If you like Fantasy, Fae and Beauty & the Beast vibes, with a rocky romance and rocky friendships (if you can call them that), then you will most likely enjoy this story. I need answers from book two!! It’s on its way in the mail. Yay!!!

What the actual f...

A prince so cruel had me in a chokehold for days! A pageturner that i'm very sad to have finished because I need so much more of this.
Sold from the very first sentence, captivated untill the very end!

The Fae realm was supposed to be safe for humans. Yet, here I was, backed into z corner, facing three snarling males.

What happens when a caring, goodhearted human healer is kidnapped by a ragtag group of fae in order to join their quest and save the realm of unforseeable doom?
This book is a story of found family, danger, secrets, intrigue all put together in a beautiful Beauty and the beast retelling that will leave you on the edge of your seat and wanting more.

Dani is such an amazing characters with the kindest heart, ready to put everyone elses needs before her own. She's a badass and confidence suits her damn well!

Sooo Ingrid ... When does the next book drop? Because I will be (not so patiently) waiting.

A Prince So Cruel follows a healer who is kidnapped to help a prince with a dark secret. As the story unfolds there are unexpected twists and turns with the addition of a slow burn, enemies to lover romance and a sense of found family. I really enjoyed this book and found the story to have aspects of the things I love but with a different narrative which was enjoyable.

The world building in the first addition to the series was beautiful and well developed. Although there was not much spice it didn’t leave you unsatisfied.

I enjoyed the main female character, Dani was everything she needed to be witty and smart. I also enjoyed the lead male and the side characters, they all complimented the story really well.

My only issue with the book is it did time jump a fair bit at one stage and I would have liked a few more obstacles in that time jump. Overall this was a really good book!
