Loved it

A short little novella about Empusa. It's eased some of my curiosity, but now I am even more curious. Can't wait to start the next one.

On the "paranormal/fantasy" bookshelf, I really love stories about demons. This story gives us a deeper understanding about Empusa and why she is who she is. She's a redhead and she's not afraid to show it. Empusa has almost this endearing (if that's the right word) quality to her. It's weird to say a demon is endearing, but she just sticks with you. You want to come back to her story. You want more of it and her. I enjoyed getting to know more about her, and am looking forward to more.
