Absolutely love this book! What I adore even more is the florescent yellow cover and pink writing - I love striking up conversations about books I am reading and this book has stirred up many a funny look across the coffee shop as well as some interesting and frank conversations!

Much more heterocentric than I imagined it would be but very entertaining and beautifully presented.

Felt like this would've worked better as a podcast. An interesting and informative book but no clear theme or logical connection between chapters.

After listening to her podcast, Betwixt the Sheets, I knew Kate Lister’s book would be entertaining, well-researched, and funny. It did not disappoint! It gives a broad overview of many sub-topics in the history of sex. Plenty of examples and stories are given to back up claims. Lister’s narration of her own audiobook is very easy to listen to, just like listening to the podcast.
