Very unique and enjoyable thriller that tends to keep you on the edge of your seat. I didn’t love the open ending because I love a concrete whodunit, but it was a wild ride.

This book ended up finishing pretty strong, but I did not love the open-ended (maybe confusing?) conclusion. It's about two couples who go on a hiking trip in Northern Sweden...and it ends up being a disaster. Anna, Milena, and Henrik go together every year (Anna and Henrik are a couple), but this year Milena asks if her new boyfriend can join them. He does, and it totally messes up the vibe, and chaos ensues.

I will add that I am not familiar with the landscape and mountains of Sweden, so I had to do a lot of googling. I also learned about the Sami people, and found that research interesting. I definitely learned a lot...mostly that I do NOT want to go on a walking holiday in Sweden.

It was a good book and exactly what I needed, but sometimes it felt a bit repetitive.. the ending was not exactly what I expected it to be! I liked it, and it was a good thriller and I was hooked so I would recommend it
