I love when I find a book that I wish was 1,000 pages. What a beautiful, heartfelt, introspective moment-in-time novel. Fell deeply for this main character, her insecurities and dreams.

I really liked this book. It so perfectly captures the a writerly life and the life of a woman exiting her 20s and trying to find herself in her early 30s. She's had her heart broken, broken hearts herself, sometimes feels euphoric and at other times depressed. It felt real and honest and I just really enjoyed my reading experience.

I really enjoyed this, I was so caught up reading it! Moody books about women bring up all sorts of feelings

I listened to this book! It was short and sweet. The narrator’s voice was clear and comforting. She felt human and real and someone you would want to be friends with. I was honestly kind of sad she chose Silas but I understand that it made more sense for her character. I feel as though the story could have gone either way and it would be right. Like life, there aren’t right or wrong choices, just the ones you choose and the ones you don’t.
Casey is really likable and I was so excited when her book got published. It makes me want to read her book myself. Anyway, I would recommend listening to or reading this book! Excited for more from this author.

For the first half of this book I didn’t really feel too invested in our main character, but the second half was really enjoyable for me! I liked the ending a lot :) a simple and sweet read.

This book has great reviews, but I think I’m just not much of a lit fic reader. I didn’t connect with Casey, the main character, and thought the back and forth with her two lovers was boring. If you are a fan of literary fiction, you may enjoy this. It just wasn’t for me.
