No es la primer avez que me pasa ya, y no sé si sea cuestion de las diferencias de narrativa entre oriente y occidente, pero si bien no es que sea aburrido tampoco es que diría que me llama un montón la atención.

Definitivamente es el tipo de lectura que tiene un par de momentos para pensarlos un poco e invita a reflexionar sobre nuestras vidas pero tampoco creo que haya mucho que no sr haya dicho antes.

Me parece una forma muy original de plantearlo: me gusta que sea a travez de una tienda que vende sueños, de ver pedacitos de las vidas de las personas y a la vez los personajes de la tienda misma. Pero también siento que tal vez no exploramos mucho los personajes en sí y, si bien esperable de un libro más corto, siento que tal vez hace que uno no conecte tanto como podría. Ni hablar de un par de cosas que quedaron en el aire ( nada importante pero está) que me hace cuestionar: insistieron en hacerlo asi por el 2do libro? será solo cuestion de que fue una autopublicacion primero y no se editó? Es que se publicaba por capitulo online y simplemente hicieron un corte en el cap 9 y agregaron un par de extras? No estoy muy segura.

De todas formas la verdad que me parece disfrutable. Es un libro para leer unas reflexiones sobre nuestras vidas (medio de la mano de algunos personajes) en un setting algo diferente. Al no ser particularmente largo no se siente pesado o dificil de continuar... aunque tampoco es que me morí por seguir leyendo. Por ahora no leeré el 2do, tal vez más adelante para darle una chance puede ser

gonna be honest! i don’t have much to say for this!
the concept is really interesting, but i still struggle to tell how tf penny remembers her job, but yet people come to the store asleep? i might just be dumb tho
each chapter kept expanding on the lore of this world & it was super interesting, but the characters all felt flat and generic. 
idk im not really the biggest fan of slice of life novels. i mean i like them in the moment! this was relaxing as hell! but they usually don’t stick with me and i find the genre at times to be a bit repetitive. i’ll say tho out of all the slice of life novels i’ve read, this would be my fave simply because it put a unique spin on the genre.

Super enjoyable read! Full of whimsy and coziness. There was a sad section towards the end that made me cry a bit (if you have a grandparent or child that passed away, the section might make you cry as well). The world is wonderful, the characters are wonderful, and I appreciate that the dreams touched on multiple emotions/feelings that weren't only positive. 
Will def read the next book when it comes out.

This introspective story explores what it means to dream, and at times, what it means to live. It’s though-provoking, but also calm, funny while serious, and a wonderful read to enjoy with a warm cup of tea under a fuzzy blanket.

I wanted to love this but just didn’t get into it. Maybe something was lost in translation, but the characters felt flat. The premise is so surreal, which I liked, but then it kept inserting “realistic” elements which jarred and made the dream store not make sense.
