Love the big, bright illustrations and all of the animal sounds!

The animal sounds are fun, especially the donkey saying "He Haw" but the pictures are kind of cruddy and there really is no story. Charlotte liked pointing out the butterfly and the goose on each page. Pretty boring for mommy though.

Denise Fleming does it again with another wonderful farmyard book.  It's perfect for children learning animal noises and for units on farms.  At one point, the book begs the question as to where goose is, which is so so clever because it makes children into more active readers--especially since goose is present in every page!  This is just a super fun book all around!

Cute and interactive story time book, but a little too short.

The textured collage pictures alone make it worth picking it up. But it's also a great read-aloud book for the younger crowd.

Bright illustrations in the author/illustrator's distinct style and medium pair with rhyming text to depict various barnyard animals and their sounds.

Great Toddler Book. My 2 year old LOVED this book! Fun way to review farm animal sounds as you go through the farm looking for the goose. Great book for children to interact with and repeat/say the animal sounds as you read.
