This was a fascinating way to look at several women in the Bible. I think it's a nice introduction for children and tweens. It may become something I give the young girls in my extended family and friends.

I loved this retelling of timeless bible stories. Personally, I'm a Christian, but i loved it anyway.

I'm a fan of Jane Yolen in general, so I was intrigued to pick up this book about women and girls in the Bible, written from a Jewish perspective.
