The stand-out for me was Sabine Heinlein's personable, yet informative and emotionally substantive essay "A Portrait of the Writer as a Rabbit." Also interesting--at least in concept--were the "Five Square Stories" by Louis Jensen (transl. Lise Kildegaard). These flash pieces belong to a series of 1001 square-formatted stories; the five here all had speculative themes, but were too thin to be very satisfying on their own.
