sadly this was not at all my cup of tea. far too removed from any real emotional impact.

Based loosely on Irish mythology, a great read in the Eternal Champion universe. A great series.

The love subplot was forced and could have been tweaked to be more natural in the same chapter it occurred, but other than that, a pretty great faced-paced, pulpy, epic fantasy. Glad I gave it a shot. Real cool to see the influences from this book on the other stories I have have read post-Moorcock.

http://drdeadwish.blogspot.com.ar/2013/12/trilogia-de-las-espadas-michael-moorcock.html
