An easy and light story but I had almost the impression I was listening to a summary it was so easy going, no plot twist and about no difficulties for the characters to overcome.
Also, the sex scenes where short... too short.

Nyle & Leon
Werewolf & dragons. An original setting, interesting characters. A nice fantasy read.

Delightful! I loved the dragons and their hoards. I loved Nyle and Leon together. I loved the setting.
Nyle, though a three hundred year old dragon, still had some innocence when it came to humans. Though I found him a tad bit whiny for a dragon, his strength did show through. His love of his “pretties” was endearing and so typically dragon-like. Leon seemed much more mature for his age and I liked that he wasn’t dark and broody despite what happened to him.
There were great supporting characters as well. Nyle’s hatch-mother was especially colourful and entertaining! The world building was strong yet simple so that while I knew where everything was, I wasn’t bogged down with too much detail.
I will definitely read more from this author and look forward to book two in this series!

There's a lot of... gross stuff with regards to power dynamics. It didn't come off like it (which is good) but they really didn't need to write one character as 18 and one as 300, or have the 18 year old come into what is essentially the possession of the 300 year old. Or have the 18 year old implied to have been in full service sex work for two years.
There's definitely some interesting worldbuilding between the sex scenes. The plot was pretty tidy, which makes sense for something so short.
I don't know anything about the background of this story but it just strikes me as something that was written without much concern for audience. Which would be fine without the weird power dynamic stuff.
Maybe it's not as bad as I'm framing it, idk. But it might have been better if they'd had some conversation about the hoard law thing or what exactly 300 is in human years.

Finding the Wolf had its moments, and I liked the concept. However, I really had trouble connecting with it. I think it might have worked better for me if it had be longer (with a more developed fantasy story) or shorter with the focus on the romance.
this was enjoyable. though i dont feel the chemistry or romance between Nyle and Leon.
i like the worldbuilding, it is pretty cool.
