Overall, one of the best and most fun of the Secret Wars minis. The art is fine and it doesn't really get kicking until issue 3, but it's definitely worth your time.

Any chance to read Peter David working with both characters from his Incredible Hulk and X-Factor runs I take. I really enjoyed the story although the solicitation is very inaccurate but I understand why. Maestro's motivations made sense and I liked the resolution a lot. The art by Greg Land was better than normal because there were some non-normal sized characters that are harder to use photo reference for. Overall, a fun read involving quite a few fight scenes and a great cast.

It's not perfect (chortle) but at this point my expectations for this series of books is so low, I'm willing to forgive it.

Totally forgettable. I've enjoyed many a dystopian future in the Marvel universe, but this wasn't one of them.

To be honest, the power struggle contained in the plot isn't terrible. But where is this in the whole Secret Wars series?
