Unfortunately I wasn’t upset when this book ended. It was predictable and very slow. I think it idealized a friendship that was toxic with one friend repeatedly walking over someone else and taking advantage of her loss and need for love under the guise of being a good friend. 

Dual timeline. 

I highly recommend listening to the music referenced in this book as you read. I made a playlist on Spotify with all the music and artists mentioned. It’s titled the same as the novel.
