DNF’ed for now. Just wasn’t into it right now, but I think I might come back to it another time

This book explains a part of quantum physics to you by explaining it to the main character and then she's like, "I don't get it" and so they explain it a different way, and then throughout the book they explain it AGAIN at least 3-4 more times. It was irritating having to read that over and over. I also didn't like the ending and the story itself just wasn't for me. It's all an interesting concept and obviously a lot of people liked it with a average of 4 stars. But for me it's a 2.

About genetics and biological science. I made it through five chapters, but it combines the worst of hackneyed story and prose with a too preachy touch.

thought provoking and interesting. Not for everybody as the language of quantum mechanics and physics might throw you off, but I enjoyed it. Quick read for me. didn't want to put it down two days on and off and it's done.

I really enjoyed this book! I mean, what is there not to love about quantum entanglement, consciousness, reality, and a bit of sci-fi thrown in for good measure?

I actually really love that I learnt new things from this book, and I intend to read more of Lanza's work around biocentrism, because I am now properly intrigued by this theory.

(This is science fiction novel for nerds, so expect to be challenged and have a lot of science thrown at you!)

Really interesting and honestly more plausible than regular Upload-like options.
