This book is a page turner - literally. Each chapter brings a new danger or threat. Lady Juliana's memory has been hazy since she was in a carriage accident and now that it is coming back years later she is suffering a migraine every time something sets off a new forgotten memory.
When Marcus meets her he feels like she is familiar but doesn't recognize her from a carriage accident years earlier where he helped save a young women.
Add in 2 other rakes (all three are also spies), an unknown identical twin sister and assassins around every corner killing off family members. Just when you think you are going to get to the bottom of the plot after finding out who is involved in the enemy spy ring the book leaves you hanging waiting for the answers in Book 2 - sigh!
Even without a final solution this book is worth the read.
