These books are so cute and so fun. I’m sad another is finished and I have to wait for the next one!
I honestly love them all okay the whole gang is so amazing and I love them all so much. I love Runa and I fucking love Cyril like jesus why??? Also my prediction didn’t come true but hey it could still work in the next books

En este tercer libro de la saga de Wildlore nos encontramos una competencia mágica dentro de una escuela, creo que este tercer libro no me encantó tanto como los otros dos de la serie, no sabía bien qué estaba pasando.
Creo que los personajes siguen siendo muy buenos, me gusta y me intriga saber qué va a pasar y todo lo que esta por ocurrir. Chance este se sintió como un libro puente a lo que sigue.

I am sadly losing interest in this series. Like i had to force myself to read it, since i never felt the urge to pick it back up. This doesn’t necessarily mean that this installment in the series was worse than the others. It probably is entirely a me problem. Although i felt like we had to many characters in this one.

I’m really enjoying this series and so is my son. They are full of magic and mystery and keep you guessing what will happen next. This one felt a little stop start to me with action feeling like it was building but nothing came of it many times before we got to the big bad and the stand off at the end. Wish something more had happened those times. I loved the whole prank war and boarding school vibe and meeting more apprentices and seeing new kinds of lore like slime lore. Loved the library part the most, both the concept and the time spent there. The beasts that were words were the best part. I like that these books have real world representation of characters. Everyone isn’t the same and it’s like no one ever brings attention to it, it just is. If it is mentioned, it’s as their strength, not teased or bullied for it, which is good. Definitely excited for the next book to see what happens next!
The gang is growing up. Set a year after book 2, this book encompasses a whole year of schooling for Viola, Tadg, and Barclay so the pace is a bit slower as we get to dig into more of this world and find out bearings more which I'm sure will be helpful going forward. As well as the group having to work together to save the world again, this one also had a treasure hunt element with a magical library and riddles that I loved.
