як очевидно з назви книжки, тут котики. багато котиків-мізантропів, повелителів усесвіту.

This one earns a spot as one of my favorite graphic novels. It is funny, spot on, chockful of one liners (that I plan to use everywhere for the next 7 business days) and sharply satirical (see: Is Your Cat a Raging Homosexual?)
Entertaining and quick read. 4.25 stars

I'm not even going to rate this book with 1 star because it doesn't even deserve that. It was kind of funny from page 1 to page 21 and then not funny again until page 71. Most of the book. My boyfriend had looked over and commented "why are the cats talking?" And I said "I know it's the stupidest thing ever"

3.5, original rating would have been a 4.

I first read this probably five or so years ago after gifting it to my partner (I'm a crazy cat lady but he's like 10xs worse). I remember laughing my ass off then but this time the "non-PC" bits made things fall flat. Also I felt like the Office Bob's dragged on too long; "office" humor in general isn't my thing so it made it even worse. By midweek of the segment I was just wanting the bit over and I felt like the time allotted to it could have been spent better.

My rating and buying of this book was also a gesture to support The Oatmeal's work as I read so many of his web cartoon I felt like I wanted to support the artist!

On to the book itself: it's funny and witty, as usual. Just that it's very short. Like some reader pointed out on Goodreads, it only took around 10 minutes to read it. Then again, I am not a big comic buyer/reader because of that exact reason. So, I think this book is worth it. Especially if it gave me a good laugh!

Recommend it? Yes, if you like short-ish funny comic book about cats.
