Another installment in the children's sci-fi/fantasy series about William Wenton, the world's best code breaker. In this book he gets a pyramid to solve. If he solves it he could unlock the key to saving the world and if he fails, he dies. The odds are high and he is constantly being hunted. There is a lot of running in this book.

This book is clearly best suited to its intended audience of 9-12 year olds. Although it is well-paced and has its amusing bits, there isn't as much for grown-ups here as in, say, Angie Sage's "Septimus Heap" series which is also aimed at this age group. I am also a little bit annoyed having thought that this was a trilogy and this the last book. That is not the case, as the bad guys are still a loft at the end of this one. Since I have nephews and nieces who enjoy this, I will probably read the next ones as well.

Tja, njei. Litt slitsom å lese, men ellers helt ok.
